Our Philosophy
At Crossroads Wellness, we believe that healing begins with feeling truly heard. Our practice was built on the conviction that mental health care should be as individual as the person seeking it.
We combine evidence-based psychiatry with integrative wellness approaches, creating a care experience that addresses the full picture of your health — mind, body, and spirit.
Located at 220 Interstate Plaza in Munfordville, Kentucky, our warm, thoughtfully designed office is a sanctuary — a place where you can exhale, be honest, and begin to heal.
Meet Your Provider
DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC · Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Born and raised in rural Hart County, Kentucky, Kimberly brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to Crossroads Wellness — spanning critical care, hospice, primary care, addiction medicine, and behavioral health.
As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with dual board certification in both psychiatry and family practice, and a DNP from Bellarmine University, she takes a whole-person approach to care. Her training in functional and integrative medicine allows her to look beyond symptoms and address the root causes affecting your mental well-being.
My goal is simple: to walk alongside you with honesty, compassion, and a plan that actually fits your life.
"For the first time, I felt like someone actually listened — and had a real plan to help me move forward."
— Patient, Crossroads Wellness
